Combine Yoga with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP.

These are all level classes for ages 16 and up! No SUP or yoga experience required, but you should feel comfortable on (and possibly in) the water.
