Combine Yoga with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and body strength!
We begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning, stroke technique, launching, and progressions to getting up!
For consecutive week programs through the City of Kirkland, you can sign up here. Wednesday evenings at 6PM beginning July 5th.
